Chief Terpak and Chief Isakson will teach the Annual CFT ODP at the Hilton on Pensacola Beach. Chief Terpak will teach his book Fireground Size-Up (NEW 2nd Edition) on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Chief Isakson will teach "Tactics Put Out Fires" on Tuesday and Thursday covering rural, suburban, & county fire tactics.

This program will take someone of any rank to a new level in the understanding of Fireground Size Up and Assigning/Deploying the proper tactics based on staffing & available resources. Time Delayed Tactics will be covered based on the large number of FDs that have limited staffing & resources. This program will also assist those that seek future promotion to any rank. 

This is a 40 hour Officer Development Class and not a seminar/conference. This is not your stay out late and sleep in. We request that attendees wear a collared shirt and arrive on time to class. All attendees will be required to attend 100% to receive credit and get the CFT ODP certificate. Class is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Certificates will be issued at the end of the day on Friday. 

Florida firefighters will receive 40 hours CEU credit from The Florida State Fire College.

FREE shuttles will run on Sunday before the conference and Saturday following the conference. If you drive, parking is FREE. All attendees will receive a wristband  for 20% off most of the restaurants on Pensacola Beach.
