"Strong Command Maximizes Strong Tactics"

Battalion Chief Boot Camp is an innovative program created and presented exclusively by Chief Isakson.

This unparalleled Battalion Chief Leadership & Tactics Program will elevate even the most experienced Command Officer to a new level of confidence.

This event will be limited to 70 attendees to encourage participation in the classroom as well as cultivate relationships among colleagues outside of the classroom.

This is a 50-hour, FIVE day program from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.

This class is extremely advantageous for students that don't like to take notes. Students will be able to listen and focus on the lectures. Kyle Romagus will write notes on a large white board in the front of the room. These notes will be transcribed. At the end of the week, attendees will leave with a structured set of notes like a book.

This learning concept is about MAXIMIZING every moment: Sunday Night through Saturday Morning. Be prepared for a 100% ALL IN classroom participation learning experience, inclusive social learning experience, and opportunities for attendees to form a professional networking group.

This is an exceptionally unique training opportunity. This class is the inception of the production of the County Fire Tactics text book about operating in a County Fire Department that provides fire protection in a very diverse setting. All attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Chief Isakson's book when it is published.
